You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend the purchase of a Multisizer Ring Gauge from our website to ensure a correct fit or alternatively you can purchase rings with adjustable bands.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All Silver Jewellery is posted FREE within Australia using regular Australia Post. Express Postage will be at the cost of the customer.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In the situation we cannot legally ship you will be given 100% refund.
When you place an International Order or Non Silver Jewellery Giftware Order or Colloidal Silver Order, we will check and estimate shipping. After you complete your purchase and will notify you of any further charges by way of a paypal request. You will at all times have the option to cancel the sale and recieve a full refund.
